Cinderella Realty - Making Dreams Come True!

Understand the process.

Buying real estate is a complex matter and can be especially confusing for the first-time homebuyer. Do yourself a favor and learn as much about the process as you can before you begin. There are plenty of resources on the Internet, friends and relatives who have been through the process before will have pointers.

There are some first time home buyers programs, most ask that you take a home owners class before they will qualify you for the program.

If you are buying from out of the country, I am here to guide you through the process and explain the differences. Are you looking for a licensed Realtor that is working just on your behalf? I can show you any home that is available for sale in the state of Florida. Although, my specialty is the Disney area!

You can always contact me to ask questions, If I don't know I WILL find out the right answers for you.

#3 Our Agents hold open houses in your home, a minimum of 3 days a week (if it is not occupied)

#4 I personally inspect your home to make sure it is ready to show and contact you or your management company if there is something in need of repair.

#5 A weekly report is sent to you, keeping you updated on progress, viewing feedback and inquiries.

Using a Realtor (R)

As a buyer, it costs you nothing to hire me as your real estate professional to help you find and purchase a home--being a licensed Realtor, I will get a portion of the commission the seller pays to his Realtor.

When choosing an agent, get referrals from friends, relatives, and co-workers. Pick an agent that works in the neighborhoods you're interested in. Listen to your agent, but make your own decision.

The most important part is you feel comfortable enough to ask them any questions, small or big. The only silly question is the one not asked.
